Cheryl has been a huge help for me and my family. She helped me plan multiple WDW trips, from a girls weekend or me and the kids to a group of 26 that was multiple families from several states with staggering visits and multiple resorts. She helped keep the details organized. She was available to get us taken care of when our flight got canceled on a layover. She helps us rent scooters and arrange for airport assistance for my daughter who can't walk very far and my son who has autism. Myself and all my children also have anxiety issues. She has lots of travel tips that have helped us . I am so glad a friend referred her to me. She has made traveling much less stressful for our family.

Will be using Cheryl again. Before her I always planned our trips and searched the best rates for everything. After the seamless process of using a travel agent, I don’t want to personally plan another vacation. We set out to plan a cruise, had to cancel due to travel restrictions while pregnant. Decided to take a trip to New Orleans, then the weather was awful and it was supposed to rain do 2 weeks. Last minute we decided on a trip to Memphis. Cheryl was able to get our trip moved and booked some fun things to do. She gave us great places to eat. She made everything very simple and easy on my end.

She was so attentive to all of the details of planning this wonderful event. Cheryl helped not only my daughter but family as well with all of the travel details. We went to Europe for a once in a life time trip in 2024. We went to Norway for our 1st foreign exchange student's 2nd wedding and spent a week. Then we flew to Paris and got on a train to go to France, Amsterdam, Germany, and then Switzerland. Since we are older and Don was going to have shoulder surgery when we came back, Cheryl advised us to have Don use a wheel chair at the airports. In Paris, we had a personal shuttle service called Blacklane to make sure we could get from the airport to the train station where we would be going to Normandy. He also signed Don up at the train station to have physical assistance on the train (which normally isn't done). Cheryl arranged for us to go on a tour called American D-Day sites in Normandy. The tour guy was so good. We drove to the different sites in a van. Then we traveled to Amersterdam where we went to Ann Frank's house and on the Amersterdam River Cruise in the afternoon. We traveled to Germany the next day to go to Karlsruhe where Don's nephew picked us up. We got to see an old concentration camp, a castle, and then the Speyer Cathedral. The next day he took us back to the train station so we could travel to St. Moritz, Switzerland. Since I had relatives from there called Switzer, she arranged for us to stay at the Schweizerhof Hotel. We rode back down the mountains the next morning. Since there had been damage on the roads and train tracks because of the large rocks coming down the mountains, we didn't get into Bern until late that night. We just saw the sights the next day and relaxed the following day since we were going home the next day. All the motels we stayed at were super except the 1 in Normandy. We had such good buffets at them. Cheryl planned the whole trip going from flights to trains and then back to flights and did a super job. It really helped us feel at ease. If we had planned it (like I usually do our trips), things wouldn't have gone near as smooth. I am so thankful for all

Cheryl with Here I Go Travel takes the time to visit and understand what you want in a vacation. She recently found the perfect Mediterranean dream cruise for us. Then she made it all come together with a luxurious pre-cruise hotel stay in Rome. The hotel was excellent and was close to all the attractions, yet wonderfully private. She handpicked certain excursions to suit our itinerary, which were very small group and some of the best I’ve ever been on. All the groups were aroud 6-8 people and the guides were excellent! I highly recommend Cheryl & here I Go Travel for all of your travel dreams!!

I cannot recommend Cheryl/Here I Go Travel highly enough for anyone planning a trip! We just returned from a Christmas getaway to New York City, and it was quite literally the trip of a lifetime, thanks to her expertise. From the very beginning, Cheryl took the stress out of everything. Traveling during the busiest season of the year can be daunting, but she handled our flights and hotel with such precision that we didn't have to worry about a single detail.

Cheryl was fantastic helping us plan and execute a cruise of a lifetime. My husband and I wanted an Alaskan cruise but without many children and a more “upscale” experience. She found the perfect ship for us, the Cunard Queen Elizabeth. We had never heard of Cunard and it was everything we wanted and more. She helped with flights (using some credits we had), car rides around Seattle, even a car ride in our hometown to the airport to ease the stress. She found a great central hotel for the days before and after the cruise and the BEST day tour of Mt Rainier. No detail was left out. This was my first experience with using a travel agent. It will certainly not be the last. We don’t go big very often but will turn to Cheryl when we plan the next adventure.
